For many years i have supported charities and supported mostly the smaller 1s that are not Best known of to create as much awareness as possible 💖💖🙏

This year from our annual "llanelli santa dash" on 28th November we will raise as much funds to support "mental health therapy" 2020 has been the toughest year for this illness

Throughout lockdown we have housed People from all walks of life all with a different story to tell

We have held many group therapy sessions and saved many lives

Helped to achieve a positive mindset in the most difficult of times

We held protests to prove a meaning for each and all

We trained circuits & Boxing in a tool shed and turned it into a snazzy gym

Our local graffiti artist Steve Jenkins sprayed the top man Mike Tyson on the gyms main wall

We take walks along the beach to re charge all that good energy

We volunteer our time because we want to and we are always available for a call or meet

There is so much more team CDS SECURITY & Coastal Hotel team are wanting to achieve

With your help & donations we can make bigger spaces for sports & life skills training

Christmas Day we will be providing dinner donations at the old Grill either seated or takeaway (this went amazing we provided 100 Hot dinners & gifts)
