Story
On the 1st of October I will be running the Cardiff half Marathon.
I will be raising money towards the Stroke Unit at Bronglais Hospital - Ystwyth ward.
My Great Grandmother spent some time on the ward and the staff do a tremendous job and with the money I hope they will be able to buy useful equipment to help support the patients with the rehabilitation of the effects of the stroke.
If you could spare a few pounds and help raise some money I would be very grateful. Thank you
