I've raised £200 to help Dudley Olympics (Charity ref 518279) continue their brilliant work providing opportunities for young people with learning disabilities

This year, the Lloyds Bank Wealth Charity Treasure Hunt is raising money for a cause very close to my heart - Dudley Olympics (registered charity number 518279).
Dudley Olympics (originally Dudley Special Olympics) were formed in 1982 to provide opportunities for young people with learning disabilities to develop physical fitness, express courage, experience joy from personal achievement and become more confident in their family and community through participating in year round training and competition in a variety of Olympic type sports. At present there are over 100 members (of which my sister in law is one) from all areas of Dudley.
The race will include Landmark Selfies, questions about Birmingham City Centre, and a Scavenger hunt, so anyone can be in with a chance to win! The team to return to the office in the quickest time is the winner. There will be time penalties for missed opportunities so it is a matter of strategy as well as speed
To raise as much as possible for Dudley Olympics, each competitor will be asking for sponsorship from colleagues, friends & family.
I have three brilliant prizes donated by local businesses:
* 4 admission tickets to West Midlands Safari Park – value up to £96
* A voucher for a Whisky Tasting Masterclass for Two at the “Hard to Find Whisky shop” in Birmingham - value £50
* A voucher admitting 2 children to Dudley Zoo – value £20
First prize will be drawn from the sponsors of the winning team, runner up prize drawn from the sponsors of the 2nd place team, and third prize drawn from the sponsors of the 3rd place team.
Please get behind your preferred team, making a note of who you are supporting when you leave your donation, so you can be included in the draw if (when!) they win.
Thank you !
