I've raised £1000 to Help Jez Fight Cancer

Hi, I am raising money to help a close childhood friend of mine, Jez, fight cancer.
I grew up with Jez, our families are close and he spent a lot of his childhood at my house. His birthday is the day after my little brother's. We used to play pro evo together and football manager too. In fact, I was looking at our "friendship" on facebook to get some photos for this page and I saw something he posted on my page in 2016.
"Happy Birthday. FM17 is now on my steam account so go crazy."
We used to just sign in on his steam account and play it from there, it was a nightmare pressing shift and tab to get rid of the notifications when everyone was playing at the same time.
He didn't care that that we were using it. He's a nice lad. A really nice lad.
That's why I wanted to do my little bit for him - not just the stealing football manager from him for all those years - but the nice lad thing.
In 2016, Jez was diagnosed with an extremely rare soft tissue cancer called a Synovial Sarcoma. He underwent months of treatment and was eventually told he was cancer free.
However, during a routine scan in September 2019, Jez was told that the cancer was back and that it was incurable. It needs controlling and maintaining. The costs of his treatments are huge though and that's why we need your help.
Anything that you can contribute will mean more to me than you can imagine. I know how grateful Jez and his family will be.
