Weʼve raised £0 to Fund the drilling of a borehole in a remote village in Nigeria
- Closed on Friday, 2nd November 2018
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Sr Monica comes from a remote rural village called Akoka in Nigeria. The village has never had a supply of clean water. Instead they have to walk 2 miles to a stream which is used by cattle. The stream often dries up between March and June. Children are often sent to fetch water in the morning. As a result, they miss the start of school each day.
