Some of you may be aware that my 2 youngest daughters, Lydia and Mabel, have over the last couple of years both been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue/ME and then more recently with Lymes Disease.
Lymes is a very complex illness with a wide range of symptoms. The following link provides information:

Due to NHS England not currently recognising Lymes as a long term chronic health condition and the ineffectiveness of NHS testing, previous fundraising money has gone towards high costs of private blood tests abroad, consultations and diagnosis.

Fortunately we have now managed to get the support and input of one of the few NHS Consultant specialists, based in London, who will oversee the advised treatment protocol for Lymes Disease. This involves pulsed, long term antibiotics to tackle the infections and also working with a Naturopath. Naturopathy is needed as Lymes results in a chronic suppressed immune system and effects the organ functioning of liver and kidney in particular, plus the gut has to be boosted to counteract the sustained antibiotics.

Luckily the antibiotics will be paid for by NHS so the money raised is for the ongoing Naturopath appointments/medicines over a long period of time, for both Mabel and Lydia. We will be working with a very knowledgeable Naturopath of 17 years experience and knowledge of Lymes treatment.

As parents we would very much appreciate any contribution to the costs for monthly appointments.
