Story

I have decided to raise money on behalf of Stable Lives after being inspired by the hard work and determination of the organisers and individuals involved.

Stable Lives is a registered Community Interest Company (not for profit organisation). Based at Parbold Equestrian Centre. https://stablelives.wordpress.com

All proceeds from this fundraising goes directly back into the company to support the work that they do with the military veterans, blue light professionals and their respective families. They aim to provide a calm, supportive, natural environment where individuals and their families dealing with or exposed to physical or mental trauma can come to feel safe when life's challenges overwhelm.

I will be pushing myself to the extreme. I will be taking on the challenge to completing a 105 mile run, ride and kayak from coast to coast across the Scottish Highlands. The route of this two-day challenge takes in some of the most mysterious and wild locations in Scotland. Run, ride and kayak past Cawdor Castle, Loch Ness, Glen Nevis and Glen Coe to name but a few stunning sights! The Highland terrain and weather will certainly be tough but an exciting adventure that will stretch my body to the upper limits of capability.
