This dream of opening up a coffee house serving:
- vegan,
- vegetarian and
- sustainably sourced coffee.
This has been an ambition I have been working towards and as a result I have saved up enough for the deposit. However, during the last leg of my journey I was unable to buy a coffee machine

The money will be used to buy the perfect coffee machine I have found to be able to deliver and serve great tasting coffee! for now I am renting one. The make and model of the coffee machine is La Marzocco Linea Classic AV which allows me to serve three coffees at any one time.

The money will also go towards bio-degradeable packaging and equipment.
The money I raise for this shop would help support my mental sanity that has been reduced to ruins by the stress my dream has caused me. I will no longer rely on benefits to support this dream. People have always told me to give up, but I will persevere. I do not wish to give up on my goal of opening up a vegetarian and vegan coffee house. I am raising funds and desire to reach the goal of £7,000 as soon as possible. This coffee shop is my last leg to keep pursuing my hope of owning a small coffee shop that I can fully call my own - a shop that represents community, sustainability as well as providing food for the local homeless shelters.

I want to give back to the community as much as possible and would be awash with gratitude and appreciation of any and all help I can recieve.
