I joined a scheme, many years ago, which was legal at the time. I was trying to make money for daughter, as I was in a debt management programme, and I still am. A few years later, having left that scheme, HMRC changed the rules, and are now chasing me for back dated tax. As I said before, I am still in a debt management scheme, so it is going to me difficult with the additional expenditure coming out of my income

I would appreciate any funds, it will make my life and my daughters life easier, as I have been losing a lot of sleep, stressing about this situation
