I've raised £300 to Purchase necessary campaign materials

Having been convinced and nominated to stand for the Dogsthorpe and Welland ward in the upcoming local election in Peterborough we have one month to raise awareness and earn local people`s votes.
Peterborough, currently does not have a single independent voice in the Council chamber, and not unlike Westminster, it is struggling to set ideology aside and represent the people. With your support I intend to challenge this and provide a persuasive, progressive voice of reason.
To have any chance of success our campaign needs to be people powered and incredibly visible. For this, campaign materials are needed asap (leaflets, posters, t-shirts for volunteers etc). We have amazing people. What we now need are the necessary tools.
I wish I could self-fund this campaign, but my family circumstances are similar to so many of you out there. Low income, Universal Credit top-ups, renting, not owning and driving an 11 year old mobile toy box.
I`m not a politician, but I am willing to try to make a positive difference, and I do have, over years, a strong record for bringing people together and speaking truth to power.
I pledge that if I am elected on May 2nd I will pay it forward and donate the equivalent raised here to the local charity listed below from the allowance Councillors receive.
In the event that the fundraising target is exceeded, all extra proceeds will be donated to support the fantastic work of Young People`s Counselling Service. https://ypcs.uk/
