Weʼve raised £5,275 to Frame Football Association

    Belfast, United Kingdom
Funded on Friday, 8th January 2016

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

    Story

Some children with a physical disability are unable to walk unaided but do not require a wheelchair for mobility. Many of these children use a walker style frame for mobility. Obviously these children cannot play in mainstream football due to safety reasons. Frame Football brings these children together to play an adapted game that suits their needs.

Well done everyone who turned up today! Not too cold and so much fun! Alarmingly, it was quite liberating! Let's hope we can now hit our 5k target! :)

Until midnight tonight (Xmas eve) I'm matching all donations made today up to 2k. Thanks for all donations so far! Big and small! Andrew... I hope you meant 500 and not 50! If so that is so so generous. Thank you so much. Thanks everyone!

Melter! Not sure Belfast was ready for that sight. We've already seen too much down the years but good on you for keeping your word and raising money and profile of a great cause.

I'm a radio/tv presenter and Northern Ireland fan who tweeted, in Feb 2014... "If Northern Ireland qualify for Euro 2016 I'll run thru (sic) Belfast city centre in a green mankini". I'm now doing it! On boxing day! And you can too! Full details at irishfa.com/news
