We are a group of female instructors who are organising an online zoom bodycombat class to raise money and awareness for PDAS. In the current climate this service is inundated with victims of domestic abuse and running at an all time high capacity. They are an amazing charity that offer life saving and life changing services. the charity is very close to our hearts and we would love to help them in their mission to help, support and save families. The online BodyCombat class will be saturday 18th july at 9am via zoom. Myself , stephanie sharp and rachel harrison will be teaching.
