Story

Over the duration of two years, Manchester Children's Hospital is aspiring to raise £4 million to purchase a new IMRI scanner that can be used in theatre settings. By having this, defects such as tumours can be identified and operated on immediately; this is life-saving for many young patients.

Our bassist, Leo, owes a lot to Manchester Children's Hospital as his younger brother, Harrison; who was diagnosed with hydrocephalus at birth, has spent a lot of time over the past 3 years on the neurological ward, Ward 78, at Manchester Children's Hospital. They have cared for him and operated on him were necessary to improve his quality of life.

We are organising a charity event on the 20th April 2019 where ourselves and a couple of other bands will be performing throughout the night to raise money for this IMRI scanner. Additionally, there will be an auction, raffle and merchandise being sold. All proceeds will be going towards this cause.

Whether you intend to attend the event, buy raffle tickets or just donate, any money towards this would be appreciated. You never know when someone you hold close will need this piece of equipment, life saving technology is not cheap. Please dig deep and give what you can!
