🎄 Bringing Christmas Back to Henley 🎄

Because no one should spend Christmas Day alone 💛

For many of us, Christmas Day means laughter, family and love.

But for some in our community, it’s the quietest and loneliest day of the year.

That’s why we’re bringing back the Henley Community Christmas Day Dinner … a joyful, welcoming celebration for anyone who would otherwise spend Christmas alone. A place to share food, friendship, laughter and belonging.

After a few years away, this much-loved Henley tradition is returning!… thanks to the support of the Henley Man Club and a wonderful team of volunteers who believe that no one should be forgotten at Christmas.

❤️ What the Day Means

This isn’t just a dinner … it’s a day of connection, warmth and joy.

Guests and volunteers sit together around beautifully decorated tables, sharing a three-course meal, stories, laughter,music and company. Santa (with help from local children!) delivers presents, there’s a quiz between courses, and the whole room fills with smiles, music and the magic of togetherness.

For many of our guests, it’s the only time all year they’ll be surrounded by friends. The day reminds them that they matter — that Henley cares.

🎅 How Your Donation Helps

Your support will help us create a truly special Christmas Day for around 100 local people who might otherwise spend it alone.

Every £20 donation covers a three-course Christmas meal and all the festive touches that make the day so magical — from crackers and decorations to a thoughtful gift from Santa.

We are entirely volunteer-run, so every penny you give goes directly towards making Christmas Day a little brighter for someone who truly needs it.
