For many years I have suffered from mental health issues. In the early days I saw nothing but darkness. But over time I have realised that with a little bit of hard work and effort you can achieve absoultely anything in life! A large part of my jounery of self discovery is the cafe in Tydlesley. Owner Dionne and her lovely army of volunteers have in a very short time helped and supported me to succeed in doing so many new things. In my new world words like ""can'"t, "won't" or "impossible" simple don't exist anymore.The time is now right for me to repay that kindness by doing this ride.

The ride will be on Sunday 17th July 2022. The ride will start at 10 am in my home town of Macclesfield and end some 30 miles later at the cafe in Tydlesley. At approx 12.30pm.We all know or have known people with mental health issues and without places like this the process of recovery will be that much harder.We encourage the local commnunity including the surrounding area to come and celebrate this achievement at the cafe and to become actively involved in this unique one off challenge. My fundraiser will raise vital funds for this amazing provsion to continue to provide lots more support and mental health services to countless other people in the community, like me!
