Story

FND is due to a problem with the functioning of the nervous system and thought to be the result of the brain’s inability to send and receive signals properly, rather than disease.
FND is the second most common reason for a neurological outpatient visit after headache/migraine.
FND is more common than multiple sclerosis.
FND symptoms are real
FND can cause impairment in quality of life that is similar to other neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease or Epilepsy.

Fnd is classed as a rare disease. Not many doctors understand and know much, if anything, about this. I live with this everyday. It's like having a stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's and MS all together at the one time. It's so debilitating, painful and soul destroying, given that there is very little knowledge of it.

More and more people are being diagnosed with it everyday and we are just left hanging to deal with it.. we need help!!

All donations, however big or small, is greatly appreciated for research and treatment of this horrible disease.
