Myself and 9 crazy friends have decided to take part in a 10k MUD RUN to raise money for my cheeky nephew, Connor Bear. In February 2016, Connor was diagnosed with a form of Muscular Dystrophy called Duchenne.

Duchenne MD is one of the most common and severe forms of Muscular Dystrophy and effects 1 in 3500 boys in the UK.

It attacks the muscles and in most cases mobility is lost by the age of 10. It will eventually attack his lungs and heart, prematurely taking life, usually in late 20’s.

Unfortunately, it has no cure. However, with your help good news is on the horizon.
