The Bonnyton Thistle Flyers are a disability football team that have been playing in Kilmarnock for the last three years. They currently have two teams which run throughout the week. the first team is for young children with disabilities this is assisted through the Park School Kilmarnock which is a school for children with support needs. The second team which plays on a Friday is the senior team which was the first team set up, It also help to build the foundations for the club's development.

The team has been running for the last 3 years and has a massively important role in the members that attend the group and the volunteers who, on a weekly basis, give up their time to work with such an amazing group. For some of the members' this is an amazing opportunity to socialise and make new friends. Through this socialising attendants self-esteem sky rockets and there confidence will grow from the second they step on the pitch.

The team however needs support as they are in need of equipment to help them grow even more as a team so they can offer this opportunity to as many adults and children as they can. This club is such an important part to so many people’s lives and hopefully with support it can continue to benefit everyone involved.
