Story

While there are many beautiful and unique species in Africa, there are unfortunately also many endangered species. The Black and White rhino populations are very near extinction, and the elephant population is in serious decline due to poaching. Several other species from small to large are under constant threat and at risk of becoming extinct within the next 20 - 50 years.

Bushtracks Africa takes these issues very seriously and we would be extremely devastated to say goodbye to some of our beautiful and majestic animals forever. Every year we participate in the Elephant Charge as Team Bushtracks, which is an event that is focused on raising money for conservation and anti-poaching efforts in Zambia. Zambia is one of the countries in Africa that is severely affected by poaching, and the wildlife populations are in serious decline.

Bushtracks Africa as a participating team in the Elephant Charge is required to raise funds for these organizations and campaigns. Every single dollar raised goes directly to a trust, and the funds are then distributed to various organizations across Zambia.
