Weʼre raising £500 to help subsidise a musical tour to Germany for 11-16 year old talented musicians and singers
- Higher Blackley, Manchester
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Secondary School students (aged 11-16) from Co-op Academy Manchester have been invited to visit a partner school in Germany in July 2019. We have many talented students in our Band and Choir, but for some families from our inner-city neighbourhood, finding the funds to go on the trip can be tricky.
We don't want any of our students to miss out, so any help to subsidise the trip for them will be greatly appreciated.
Trips like this really boost the confidence of our young people - and it's also hard work with many concerts to perform for our German friends, so they will come back even more practised at their talents.

Some of our choir sung live on air on Heart North West last week. We hope they brought listeners some festive cheer! Here's a video https://twitter.com/HeartNorthWest/status/1073627186102497283
