Story

One day two strangers met on Facebook and shared a common dislike for the ways msm smear Jeremy Corbyn. They decided to start a petition against the bias of the BBC, which as the national broadcaster is meant to be impartial.

They set up a petition on Change.org website called ‘Stop the anti-Corbyn bias on the BBC’

They set a goal to get as many signatures as possible..

10,000 was the minimum goal set

In the process many people came together to share a common passion and anger.

"It undermines the status of the BBC to be linked to this obvious bias" By Cathy Roberts

“I want all journalists to report fairly on what they hear. I want Jeremy Corbyn’s message to reach as many people as possible so he is elected as PM.” By Cecilia Wylie

“BBC are damaging democracy, what’s left of it!” By Eileen McGowan

“I’m sickened by the bias shown towards Mr Corbyn and feel it needs to change.” By Clare Franklin

We have now secured nearly 20,000 signatures and are now trying to achieve 25,000.

Then we will go public and ask those who need to be asked the awkward questions. We will put as much pressure on BBC News coverage as possible

We are crowdfunding to raise money to support the campaign. We need money to go towards campaign travel and also for support materials.
