Story

Hello,

On the evening of Sunday 28th October this year I went on a bike ride and was targeted by two people who pulled up next to me as I was riding as the occupant of the car lent out of the passenger window pushing me to the ground. As they drove off the occupant shouted “Ha”. Unfortunately I was unable to get the number plate of the car but did report it to the Police.

When I crashed I broke my collarbone which has since left me with reduced mobility and a compacted shoulder where I'm unable to lie-down properly. I shared my x-ray images with a private surgeon who specialises in this type of operation and kindly reviewed them which he has classed as a delayed union although I don‘t meet the NHS criteria for surgery. The surgeon is able to do the surgery at a cost of approximately £6500 including a consultation fees.

I‘m only asking for help as I don’t have the finances to cover the costs but want to get back to somewhere close to pre-accident health for my three children aged between twelve and five.

Any help to reach my target would be greatly appreciated.

Yours sincerely,

Luke .
