HMRC need £900 to set us up as an official charity to then go on to raise funds for a dementia therapy village in Leicestershire with houses, a care home, animal therapy centre, community centre for activities and entertainment, shops and medical centre all in a 6 acre gated community so people can roam around freely in the 6 acres. initially HMRC will get £900 and Bob and Darkie will get either 10% raised or a home for life in the village. We then need to buy the land and start to build our dementia therapy village. If not enough funds are raised then we could consider buying a residential home and convert some of the rooms as talked about above as we want something different to normal care homes. Theres 67 million people in the uk if everyone donates £1 we can do this to benefit the whole community and create jobs. Bob and his dog Darkie will either get.a home for life or 10% of everything raised. If we buy a care home and convert it to the above ideas it will be ran as a charity and people can either donate monthly or a one off to keep it going long term. Think of the benefits of this to the people with dementia living freely and the jobs it will create for carers, shop owners with great ideas to serve them, an animal therapy centre for homeless animals trained to be therapy assistance animals, medical staff, entertainers and people offering different activities and therapies to everyone there. The public will be able to use the community centre too and this will create accomodation for people with dementia and their carers, and some staff running the dementia village. Paid staff and volunteers will be recruited to help run the dementia therapy village.
