Cove and Altens Community Council

Every year the Community Council sources a Community tree, decks it with lights and puts up festive lights on lamp-posts. We know everyone appreciates these efforts to brighten up the dreary winter days over the festive period.

We would like to raise £2000 this year to expand our stock of lights – but we need your help! Each light costs around £400 to buy but we have them maintained and they last for several years. There is also cost involved with putting them in place and taking them down again.

Lets ensure we can keep our community bright in this year and in years to come.
