A community first responder is a volenteer who gives up there free time to help the nhs ambulance service. We get called out to 999 calls when the despacher sends a ambulance but we normally get there first as the ambulance service is really stretched. we use our own cars and we also have to fund ourselves so im looking to get a 4x4 for our cause as alot of our work is rural. Im looking to get it compleatley kitted out with all the bells and whistles. Please help us make a difference to our community in there hour of need and in many cases life and death situations.
