Men Unite are honured that mike has chosen them to fundraise for , he is embarking on a staggering journey , walking complety around wales , its 870 miles and will take up to 8 weeks , he will be wild camping and using local facilities and people’s kindness to feed him and wash etc. whilst raising awareness and telling eveyone he meets along the way all about men unite and the incredible work they do mike has his own personal reasons and demons to beat on the way , if you can shiw him some support that would be amazing 👏🏽👏🏽💜💜

“ Im 39 years old and have been struggling with my mental health for a while, i find walking clears my head and so have decided to go for a little walk or at least attempt the 870 miles of The Welsh Costal Path. I will start on 6th of July.

I will be trying to raise donations for mens mental health awarness charity, MenUnite and putting a collection pot in The White Hart along with posters in some of my favourite places Even just a £1 can help.

I have the determination to just keep walking and a hazy head that needs clearing so hopefully the sea air will help 🙏

Am hoping its done in 8 weeks or less and looking forward to coming back for my 40th which may be later than my actual birthday..
