I have spent the last 10 years attempting to fulfil my goal of a career in the Legal profession, and now have come to the decision that I need a clean slate, and the ability to start afresh, and for that I need your help.

I am crowdfunding £13,000.00 to become debt free.

Before you judge, consider the story of someone who want to crowdfund $10.00 to make a potato salad – he went on to gain over $55,000.00! For Potato Salad! And the list goes on!

I’ve read stories about people bringing claims against their universities, because they didn’t get the right degrees – Newsflash people! It’s not the degree that counts, it’s experience, and if you don’t have the right experience, you’re also out on your ears.

I’ve also read stories about Barristers who have quit to become bakers, and chefs, and don’t even get me started on the recent story of a newly qualified solicitor who quit her job to go on Love Island!!!!

Google “Graduate sues university” and “Barrister quits job” or “Solicitor Quits Job” if you don’t believe me. I’d give anything to get even close to where they got... and they’ve chucked it in.

So, I have tried - I went to University, as recommended, and tried - I chose a reasonable angle on my career path, and better tried - When that failed I tried to get as close as possible, to get myself to where I wanted to be, but with little success, and after 10 years, it’s painfully apparent that the “Traditional” methods no longer work, and so I am giving this a try.

Here’s what I need: £13,000 to wipe the slate clean; Debts to parents, Loan, Overdraft, Credit Card, all reset to zero. Clean Slate.

Anything left over? Well, I will donate this to the Trussell Trust, who support the Foodbanks throughout the country, plus £200.00. This is me paying forward for a successful project.

I want to be able to support others, and my local economy, but that's just not happening now, and it's frustrating me... this is, I hope, the key to the end of my frustration.
