Hi - just to introduce ourselves, this crowdfund has been set up by the owners of Tree House, So Salsa & Rock Salt in Crosby. We are extremely fortunate with the latest government announcement that we are able to open to keep our businesses ticking over so the money we are raising will not be going to us.

Unfortunately, there are many businesses across Liverpool who have been forced to close. Many of these businesses are independents and will be on the verge of never opening their doors again.

The governments latest support package for these businesses is simply not good enough, which is why we have thought on getting together and make sure these businesses can afford to get through this tough time.

We have picked the businesses who are based in Crosby and are independently owned. Our aim is to raise £1000 per business. We have set the bar very high, but are confident with your help we will be able to raise this.

We are hoping we can start something and that every town across Liverpool will do the same to support their independents!!

We are reopening our restaurants over the next couple of weeks and you will notice that every bill you receive will have a £1 discretionary charity donation added to it. We will be collecting these £1s to add to this crowdfund until the businesses are able to reopen.

Let's hope the businesses can reopen ASAP as we don't want to see any permanent closures to happen in Crosby, or any part of Liverpool!!
