Louie has qualified for the Crossfit Games for the second time! It is being held this year in Birmingham, Alabama - so the costs are huge. Only the top 40 in the world qualify and Louie is sitting 3rd after the semi-finals - which is a huge accomplishment.

No time is wasted for Louie every day with balancing coaching Crossfit Unify, running the gym, shooting weddings and family life with two young boys. Mixed with that is a gruelling training session by The Daily Grind. The next number of weeks of Games training will be relentless.
