I've raised £4000 to help pay current and ongoing vet bills for the many cats in our care.

We as a group CECAS (Crouch End Cat Appreciation Society) had over 160 cats neutered last year. Of course this all costs money and we have many outstanding vet bills.
We also take on vet treat and re-home strays, dumped and abandoned cats. Bert the squirt (pictured) being just one of those.
Bert was dumped at the vet, and the vet called Terri Alan to help.
Clementine and her kittens were dumped by some communal bins in December, and Clementine had a rodent ulcer which she is still under going treatment for.
Cynthia a long term foster cat, is under going treatment for a bad ear infection and she has polyps for which she will need surgery.
As in the past we’ve had tremendous help from the public which we massively appreciate.
We’ve had many success stories. Toulouse being one of them. Living rough, profoundly deaf and with an eye needing removal we fought to save his terrible ulcerated other eye and he now lives in his forever home able to see and with good quality of life. Had he been taken in by some rescues his likely outcome would have been being put to sleep.
We’ll post some of the cats needing ongoing and future vet care along with some of our bills for transparency. This fundraiser is more than we usually put out for, but we’ve got so many cats that need vet care and cats in foster care that have needs to be met. Please donate and share (sharing is just as important, especially outside the group)
Thank you and thanks from the cats.
Last note, please spay and neuter your animals. Don’t be part of this crisis.
Terri and the CECAS team.
