Please support our 22 mile fundraising walk on 16th October 2016 to help ensure the children of Croydon get the emergency care facilities they deserve.

We are raising money to provide equipment for our new Children’s Emergency Department at Croydon University Hospital to create a calm and non-stressful environment for them. This will include a sensory treatment room, with the use of bubble tubes and projectors, for children under going procedures and those with special additional needs.

We also want to create separate areas for young children and adolescences which cater for their individual needs through play facilities, including an interactive bus.

Unfortunately our budget does not quite stretch to all the play and distraction material we would like to provide and that is why staff from Croydon University Hospital’s Children's Emergency Department are walking 22 miles on 16th October 2016 from the hospital to other local paediatric intensive care facilities. The route will go from Croydon to Kings College Hospital, Evelina London Children's Hospital, St Georges, and then back to Croydon.
