London Marathon has decided that its Vitality London 10K event this year is to be run virtually and I have decided to support a local Charity this year and in the current circumstances, who deserves the support of the communities more than the local hospital and its hard working staff to provide the best possible patient care.

This year runners can choose the route of their choice and I am running my 10 KM distance around the hospital on Sunday, the 1st of November 2020.
