We’re launching a revolutionary project! Our goal is to establish a state-of-the-art cryotherapy center in Windsor/Maidenhead area, where everyone from athletes to those dealing with chronic pain can benefit from advanced cold therapy treatments. Cryotherapy is a highly effective method for speeding up recovery, reducing pain, and improving overall well-being.

As an avid sports enthusiast, my journey with athletics has been both rewarding and challenging. I have faced injuries that sidelined me, but thanks to cryotherapy, I was able to recover more quickly and return to the activities I love. During my recovery, I utilized the Spała Centre in Poland, which further reinforced my commitment to improving access to these vital treatments This transformative experience ignited my passion for making cryotherapy accessible to everyone.

After moving to England, I sought out cryotherapy sessions to aid my recovery but encountered limited availability and exorbitant prices. This experience highlighted a crucial gap in the market—a need for affordable cryotherapy options that cater to athletes of all levels, including those in lower leagues.

Our goal is to raise £39,303 at the moment, which will cover part of the cost of a multi-person cryotherapy chamber as well as essential sports equipment necessary for use after treatment at the center.
