So anyone who knows me will know i have very recently lost my partner to mental health issues and i want to prevent anyone else from having to go through this.

Anyone can appear ok on the outside and we may never know how they are feeling on the inside but we can all help to spread awreness and keep mental health in the fore front of everyones mind.

i am doing this in pauls memory as his legacy shouldnt be left in how it ended but in how he can inspire others or save another person from this life.

we all need to talk more and irradicate the mental health stigma to enable people to come forward. Its looking for the signs and how to deal with them in the best way.

my aim is to help a couple of smaller charities of whom would benefit from some much needed help to reach not only people who feel there are no options left but to who will help families to understand the emotional state to continue support.

its to late for me and my family but we could save another. Paul deserved this help and there are so many ‘pauls’ out there. Dont suffer in silence!
