My younger cousin Ruby has sadly been diagnosed with incurable bowel cancer at the age of 28 and I want to do my bit to help share her story and help raise some much needed funds to go towards her medical and living costs.

Now for my bit... I'm an avid cyclist and love to get out and about on my two wheels. I've set myself the challenge of completing my first century by cycling between my home in Manchester to Ruby in Hull.

This will be by far the longest solo cycle I've ever done and feature some long and challenging climbs across the Peak District.

The confirmed date is July 22nd!
