    Story

I feel so embarrassed by doing this as I hate asking for money but at the moment I feel this is my only option to try keep my head above water.
I started working for a company in April with the usual 6 month probationary period but in May I started to get pain in my neck and shoulder. I continued to work through the pain and had an mri scan to find out what was causing the problem. The pain over time has continued to get worse currently lost the feeling in my left arm and hand. 5 weeks ago my mri results came back and I have 2 broken discs in my neck pushing against the nerves so the discs need to be removed and replaced. I was signed off work then until I have recovered from the op and I made the company aware of my situation. They (verbally) assured me everything would be ok, however on the 15th (friday just gone and my operation being this weds 20th) I recieve a letter terminating my contract due to 'unsatisfactory attendance' with only 2 weeks of my probationary period left.
I've already used my savings to cover last months bills and rent. I now won't get paid this month meaning that I will be unable to afford my rent or anything for September/October or for however long it takes me to recover and to get a new job, leaving me in serious financial difficulty. I have already sold a load of my possessions in order to fund my living over the past 5 weeks and I am running out of options. Unfortunately my parents are unable to help to keep me afloat as they have their own things going on and I dont really know anyone that well to ask for support.
The stress of the operation on weds, having no job and the financial pressure im now under makes me feel sick. Im so used to working and supporting myself but it just isn't possible at the moment.
Any money received will be towards rent, bills and essentials only. I understand everyone is strapped for cash at the moment, and I don't expect people to donate but please if you can help then thank you so much in advance <3
