It’s absolutely amazing news that my grandson, Dáithí, has received the gift of a new heart, and our whole family is beyond grateful.

Normally, Dáithí’s mum and dad are the ones raising awareness for others, but with their blessing, I wanted to do something to help them.

Living away from home for weeks and months, while also trying to support three young boys, brings costs that quickly add up.

I’d love to put together a small fund to help ease some of that financial pressure, allowing them to focus on what matters most – Dáithí’s recovery.
