I am raising money for my grandson Dáithí to give him the summer of his dreams. With the news that Dáithí has been suspended from the transplant list, I want to help his parents cover some of the costs of making the most precious memories.

We hope that Dáithí will return to the transplant list after his operation but want to also ensure he makes the absolute most of every single day.
