Having now completed the 496 climbs and descents that equalled scaling Everest, I have now committed to hitting a 1000 climbs and going beyond to empower the "CLIMBING OUT" campaign. This initiative sets out to raise awareness and support for those facing acute mental health issues and considering suicidal thoughts and considering taking action.

I have created a Facebook and Instagram page and would welcome social media expertise to develop the message and access to what we are delivering and commit to do so.

I have had my own mental health issues and my "Climbing Out" is personally central to my own thoughts and helps me get through each day.
