I'd like to raise as much money as possible for the family of my dear old friend the wonderful Damian Hart who passed away suddenly at just 51 years of age this weekend. I am sure everyone who knew him will find his passing as devastating as I have but no-one will be as devastated as his wonderful family - he was a great friend but also a totally devoted father, brother, son, husband, and grandfather. Damian’s own father died in his forties and it’s incredibly unfair that someone who lived life to the fullest like Damian did should be gone so shockingly young too. Once you donate, I will withdraw funds directly and give to Natalie and the family to put towards funeral costs (average funeral costs are upwards of £5000) or use as they see fit. Everyone will really miss him. I know I will. He was one of the finest men you could meet. Please give generously. The £2000 target is arbitrary. I’d love to see a much greater total than that. It will never compensate for losing someone as wonderful as Damian but it might go some way to giving him the send off he deserves and ease any financial burden the family might suffer
