I am a dedicated volunteer and Managing Director at It's Your Choice Activities Service C.I.C, bringing 15 years of health and social care experience to our mission. Our purpose is clear: to provide vulnerable adults and individuals with complex needs in Thanet with a choice-led, affordable alternative at a time when soaring care costs are pricing many out of vital support.

Every day, the rising cost of living threatens the accessibility of these essential services. That’s why I am undertaking a 55-mile cycle challenge to raise £500, funds that will go directly into enhancing the day-to-day experiences at our Ramsgate day centre. Absolutely none of this money will be spent on administrative overheads or outreach; every single pound raised translates immediately into direct benefits for those who rely on us.

£15 provides fresh ingredients for a life-skills kitchen session for up to 40 disabled adults.

£20 provides creative craft materials for an arts afternoon for up to 40 disabled adults.

£60 brings joy through live entertainment, like singers or magicians, creating unforgettable experiences.

£80 funds a structured boxing session for up to 20 participants, building fitness, health, and confidence.

Together, we can keep these sessions accessible despite rising economic challenges.
