My husband, Emyr and I will be taking part in the Narberth Nobbler 10k and the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for a couple of my colleagues, Hazel and Ruth. They are very inspirational ladies as they will be completing a cycle ride from Vietnam to Cambodia over 12days. They have never completed such a challenge and have been working extremely hard in their training to ensure that they have a trouble free ride! All money raised will go to the Bluestone Foundation, which is a charity that has been set up to help good causes and charities in the local area of Pembrokeshire. We want to raise as much money as possible to motivate them and ensure that they hit their target of raising £1500 each for the Foundation. We are not runners but wanted to do something that would not only challenge us but would help a. great cause at the same time!
