I’m setting up this JustGiving page alongside my charity music event, Dance All Over Cancer which takes place on Saturday 5th September in Hertford, so that everyone can contribute to this amazing cause, whether you’re dancing with us on the night or supporting from afar.

I’m raising money for Isabel Hospice in Welwyn Garden City, a charity that is incredibly close to my heart. I’ve sadly lost both my mum and dad to cancer. My dad was cared for by Isabel Hospice, and the hospice team were also supporting my mum while she was in hospital. Sadly, she passed away before she was able to make it to the hospice.

Going through that experience showed me just how incredible hospice care really is. Hospices provide so much more than medical care—they offer comfort, dignity, compassion and support to patients and their families during the most difficult times of their lives. They help people make the most of the time they have left and provide a source of strength for loved ones when they need it most.

As a charity, Isabel Hospice relies heavily on donations to continue providing these vital services. Every pound raised helps fund specialist nurses, carers, emotional support, counselling, equipment and end-of-life care for local families facing unimaginable circumstances.

Every contribution will make a real difference and will help ensure more families receive the same care and support when they need it most.
