My nephew is only 40 years old. He lived a full an active life. He was a kick boxing champion and was very fit and healthy.

Last March he appeared to go missing. One of his friends broke his apartment door and found him in his room but he had lost his memory so his friend took him to hospital. They found that he had a large brain tumour and he had an emergency operation. After this operation he had a stroke and has lost the feeling in the right side of his body.

He had another operation to try to remove the tumour again but due to the nature of this cancer it has come back and the doctors do not recommend operating again.

He is currently living in a hospice in Berlin, Germany. Because of the stroke he is unable to walk and look after himself. He is getting treatment for his brain tumour but the tumour is called Glioblastoma and the doctors say he does not have long to live.

His wish when he passes away is for his body to be buried back home in the Dominican Republic near his family so this is why I am trying to raise enough money to carry out his final wish.
