£100raised of £1,000 target by 1 supporter

Weʼve raised £100 to pay for the education of two 8 year old boys in a Tibetan refugee camp in India.

Funded on Thursday, 20th April 2017

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Sheriff House, at Rugby School, is sponsoring the education of two 8 year old Tibetan boys who live in a refugee camp in Odisha, in eastern India. Their families have fled the Chinese occupation of Tibet and this education will allow them to settle properly in their adopted country and to find work when they are older, unlike their parents, whose illiteracy makes it hard to support their families. The House will be running various fundraising events, but any donations towards our total (£57 per month indefinitely) would be very gratefully received.

This should see the two nippers right for a while.
