I've raised £1000 to OUCH UK

Thankyou for taking the time to read my story, as you will be aware I myself was diagnosed 10 years ago with chronic cluster headaches, since then I have been very fortunate to recieve unprecedented support from so many to help me keep my condition under control and managed, whether this be close family and friends, the support of my employers and of course the outstanding support of the medical services, I myself feel very lucky however there are many out there who have the same illness but recieve much less support and in lots of cases are unable to be diagnosed let alone recieve the medical support I do, the understanding of cluster headaches is not well known and the awareness of the condition is less then ideal, the UKs leading charity is ‘OUCH UK’ https://ouchuk.org/ which is trying to increase its awareness and provide much needed support to the less fortunate.
As with any charity they require the fantastic kind donations of others to help keep them continuing with there work.
With my condition under control I would like to do something to give a bit back to other sufferers who are less fortunate then me, many out there lose there jobs as there employers do not understand the illness and sadly many end up taking there own life as the condition can be so debilitating.
On the 31st August 2019 i will be taking part in the ‘Southcoast challenge’ with a aim to complete a continuous 100KM walk from Eastbourne to Arundel, with the sole purpose to raise much needed funds for OUCH UK, many of you will be aware im ‘less then an athlete’ and this will be a huge challenge for me!
If you feel you would like to, and are able to support my challenge please kindly offer any donation you can, I would be hugely grateful!
