Story

Alex, Archie, Bertie, Harry, Harry, Henry, Jai, Jenson, Lucius, Nico, Remy, Robert, Theo, Vinay, Vivek and Wilf from St George's House at The Blue Coat school Birmingham have swum THE LENGTH of THE CHANNEL !!! THEY DID IT !!! Well done boys AMAZING ACHIEVEMENT !!!

The boys are organising a swimathon and are swimming the distance of the Channel to raise money to help disadvantaged children in the West Midlands.

From coast to coast, in towns and cities right across the UK, the Bear is out there making a difference. The amazing projects help change the lives of disadvantaged children and young people all over the West Midlands.

Some of the invaluable projects include :

Parks for Play: Youth services, Birmingham . This project is a youth club working with young people with a range of disabilities. The project aims to encourage positive relationships, encourage fun and enjoyment and empower young people to make better life choices.

Seven Up : Playscheme, Birmingham . This project will provide a play scheme for children with a range of disabilities. The project aims to improve communication skills, build emotional resilience and build relationships with peers.

James Brindley School ,Birmingham. This project is a holiday activity scheme working with young people with a range of medical issues or disabilities. The project aims to improve emotional wellbeing, improve relationships with others and improve life skills.

Please help the boys raise lots of money for this very worthy cause to help change the lives of disadvantaged children across the UK by donating HERE and NOW !
