Our family have been left devastated after my sister in laws recent diagnosis with an aggressive form of Motor Neurone Disease.

At 28 years old Jennifer is a mother to two young girls Georgia and Kacey. She was in her final year of study to become a Nurse when she was diagnosed.

We would like to raise some money for Jennifer and the family at this difficult time to create some special memories with the two girls over the next precious few months.
