I became a volunteer for Johnstone Cat Rescue and Lost Pets Renfrewshire as I am passionate about animals and have pets of my own.

Sadly so many animals are found abandoned through no fault of their own. Without the help of both of these groups, these animals would not stand a chance. Many pets have been given new forever homes whilst others have been reunited with their families.

I would love to raise some money to support Johnstone Cat Rescue in covering the endless veterinary expenses associated with offering cats a second shot at life as well as housing and medical attention.

Additionally, I would like to raise funds for Lost Pets Renfrewshire to enable them to purchase some much-needed equipment which will help when searching for lost animals.

I am taking on the 23 mile Glasgow Kiltwalk on 28th April as I want to give a little back by supporting these local groups.
