With mental health in crisis and the government doing very little to help progress mental health facility’s A voluntary one is open in Crumlin which relies on donations.

I have decided to do a controlled triathlon on october 13th and all funds raised will go them

I cant swim and have to be able to swim the guts of a mile In 10 short weeks

I have a local swim coach donate her time to teach me. Thank you Katlyn of KC Swim school - I will pay her fee to the group directly.

If can learn to swim a mile in 10weeks surely yous could donate a few quid nothing is too little .......

So the challenge Is to complete 1 mile swim , 40 km cycle and a 10 k run sure it‘ll be easy

In the short space this facility has been opened i know personally it has helped many people and will continue too as long as it recieves the funds it needs.

This is money which will be going back into our small town helping the local community
